We provide professional transcription services for solicitors, legal professionals, and HR teams who require accuracy, discretion, and dependable handling of sensitive material.

Our business is led by a former legal secretary with over 15 years’ professional experience, supported by a team of experienced, UK-based legal transcriptionists. This background means we understand legal and HR documentation, terminology, and the importance of producing clear, accurate records that can be relied upon.

Established in 2011, we have been trading for 15 years, working with confidential and high-risk material as standard.

Confidentiality, data protection & security

Confidentiality and data security are central to how we work.

All transcription is carried out by thoroughly vetted, UK-based staff working exclusively from encrypted, password-protected systems. Files are transferred and returned via a secure online workflow system using AES 256-bit encryption.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO registration number ZA059377). Copies of our ICO registration, data protection policies, and staff confidentiality agreements are available on request. We are also happy to sign client NDAs where required.

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with an Article 28 Data Processing Agreement, reflecting our role as a data processor. A copy is available on request.

Interview transcription (verbatim)

We also accept IUC interviews and PACE interviews for transcription.

Where required, transcripts can be produced as full verbatim, providing a complete and accurate record of proceedings, including utterances, false starts, and relevant background audio. This ensures a faithful representation of what was said, without interpretation or assumption.
