4.2 Poor-quality recordings may result in inaudible sections or reduced accuracy. We are not responsible for errors caused by unclear source material.

5. TURNAROUND TIMES

5.1 Turnaround times depend on file length, volume, audio quality, subject matter, and workload.

5.2 Any turnaround time provided is an estimate unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7.6 All subcontractors are UK-based, bound by confidentiality agreements, and follow strict data-handling procedures. All files are handled via secure, password-protected systems, and stored only on encrypted devices where applicable.

7.7 Fully anonymised samples may occasionally be retained for training or quality-control purposes.

7.8 Where we process personal data on behalf of the client in the course of providing services, such processing is governed by a Data Processing Agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the UK GDPR. Our standard Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
