Transcription and audio typing work is charged per audio minute (PAM), based on the total duration of the recording(s).
Example:
30 minutes of recorded audio × agreed PAM rate = £total cost
There are:

Final pricing is confirmed in advance once we’ve reviewed your requirements. Pricing may vary depending on:
- Recording quality
- Subject complexity
- Number of speakers
- Use of templates or specialist formatting

Copy typing work is charged at a set hourly rate.
This includes:

📝 Proofreading
Our standalone proofreading work is charged at a set hourly rate.
(For transcription and audio typing work – see above – proofreading is included at no extra cost in the PAM rate.)
📊 Data Handling & Reporting Support
Support with organising, structuring, and presenting data, including preparation for analysis and clear reporting outputs. This may include data entry, cleaning, organising and preparing datasets, and basic visualisation using Power BI and/or Excel where required.
This work is supported by experience using tools such as Power BI and formal training in data science fundamentals.
