Christmas Card Service – Instructions & Ts and Cs


Your order will consist of 20 cards, handwritten for £22, plus £11.20 for Second Class postage. Choose your own sentiment or have us choose one for you.

WHEN ORDERING DON’T FORGET: Cards come in packs of 20, so if you want to order, e.g. 60 cards, remember to choose the correct quantity (e.g. 3) at the checkout. Postage is automatically included in price.


If you’ve already purchased your own cards elsewhere, we can still help – send them to us at:

and we will hand write them and send them for you.  Just select the option in the shop SEND YOUR CARDS TO US.  The selections are in multiples of 10 so make sure to select the full amount you would like to send us.  Again, postage costs are included.


Send your electronic contact/address lists either by email, Dropbox or WeTransfer.  If you have a contact/address list in handwritten form, if it’s possible to scan and send this to us you can use any of the above-mentioned methods to send it: i.e. email, Dropbox or WeTransfer.

If unable to send them easily, e.g. if in a diary or physical address book, you could dictate these for us to transcribe for a small extra charge.  If you don’t have a dictating device, you can easily use your iPhone or Android phone to record the audio – just ask us for our step-by-step guide.  This means you’ll easily have them in one place for future use.


We will hand write each card individually.  Taking the time to hand write the cards adds a special touch.  Don’t forget to let us know by adding a note to your order or by email if you have a preferred sentiment; alternatively, we can choose an appropriate sentiment for you. Here’s an example of the handwriting used:


AVAILABILITY:  All of our items have been reserved and are readily available, and so there will be a turnaround time of approximately 1 week from ordering to handwriting the cards to sending them.

LAST ORDER DATES: Last order dates are 12 December 2018.

PAYMENT: Payment is via PayPal – click on the links to select your cards and our admin time and postage costs are all included in the package.

POSTAGE COSTS: As advised above, postage costs are included in the package.  Royal Mail Second Class stamps are used.  If you require First Class, please just ask and this can be organised.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: We accept no responsibility for incorrect addresses provided.

LOSS OR DAMAGE: We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to cards in the post.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Once cards are posted, all confidential information will be shredded or deleted.  At no time will any details be shared or stored for any longer than necessary and they will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to a third party.

COMPLETION OF WORK: Once the cards are posted, we will send you over a confirmatory email.
